My favourite photo spot again, a real moody day, to bring it out I converted to black and white in Nik silver effects pro giving a slight silver tone, then a little burning and dodging in cs3.

VERY moody Douglas! I love this. Reminds me of Mr Trampas, very dark...mysterious man....however...a glowing heart of gold under all that. B-)...(don't tell anyone, it's a secret!) Love how you did this, I'll bet the color version is just as amazing!

Hello Douglas,
I love the low-key treatment of this monochrome scene!
It matches with the bad weather.
The movement in the water is creating impact to the composition.
Well done. Regards.

Hi Douglas.
The density of the picture is very high, and the contrast is strong, so we loose a lot of details, but I'm sure of something: I like this picture! :-)
hi douglas.
i can hear the roar of the water.
dark and mysterious. it looks like you travelled back in time to take this one.
powerfully executed.

A lot of power in this shot, Dougie - the strong b/w in the clouds, the force of the water - it's all power. Very atmospheric shot, i'm sure would look great enlarged onto canvas and wall-mounted. Excellent.
