[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One from this time last year on my trip to the far North West Highlands. This is the wonderful Garvie Bay, the rocks were amazing, I remember just rolling about on them while taking the photos they were just so touchable.
I can feel the need to head up that way soon.

Hi Douglas,
great shot of the rocks on Garvie Bay, the PoV and DoF are excellent, not a place to sunbathe by the looks of it
cheers
Jack

Hi Douglas,

it stands out in may ways!
I like the pov and the fine/calm/still harmony between the colors.
The photo has depth and the sky has drama.
Works like a beautiful postcard that invites to a visit to Garvie Bay.

TFS. Regards,
Attila

Hi Douglas:
this is a beautiful shot.
very good DEPH
well done

best regards

Hello, Douglas -
The low POV and wide angle give us a great perspective across the shoreline and the large rocks in the foreground look great - very sharp with great colors and good management of the sunlight. The image conveys a feeling of large space as well as a warm summer mood. Well done.

Hi Douglas,
This is a beautiful shot. I love the natural lines here. The detail in the rocks, the vivid blue sky and those clouds make the shot for me. Excellent work.

Kevin

I was smiling when I saw this..in my head popped, "Douglas must have one leg shorter than the other"...all your pics have a slight tilt to them. Is that the way you like it? You know it may be your style! But this is lovely, almost as if I am laying there, beached on the rocks! HAHA! The water is a marvelous blue! I love the smoothness you achieved in the water and on the stones! A nightmare for my foot! Beautiful as always Douglas! Are you taking care of my boy Trampas?
