Hi Douglas,

We well recognize the HDR image, many details of the rock.
The colors are excellent and very good clarity.
The water is alive and active, the details of the tree adds something to your composition.

Have a good day.
John

Yes, this is nice. Great time exposure, good reduction in noise, and just the perfect amount of color. Good job, unfortunately that's not saying much coming from me, but I just wanted to let you know that I like it.

hi douglas.
so!
you went back without me, eh!

i always admire the flowing water in your shots. not too milky and not too sharp. a lesson i need to learn.
good idea to keep the rowan in shot.

beautiful as ever.
Brian.

ps.
can you feel the jealousy????????????

Nice view, beautiful colors and light.
Regards Zoran

Hi Douglas,
I can see why you love this location, lovely rolling hills.I like the effect you gave to the water,I guess a long exposure? I hope you wont mind the following questions, but I would like to understand why I would be wrong in thinking them.I think the tree should be omitted & just the slight view of the old house be visible,I thought the tree was to strong for this composition. The bright river rocks I thought were a little too light in colour & would be more balanced if a little darker.I guess I'm looking for a free tutorial Douglas:)
Regards
Ron

Hi Douglas,
You have done quite a few of these shots but I have enjoyed them all - they all contain the 4 key elements that are in your title.
The rocks (centre left) look a little too bright, as if a beam of light is shining on them
cheers
Jack
