Hi Craig, welcome to TL! There are a few big problems with this. One is the red eyes! You can remove them with a photo program easy enough. The dirty face takes away, rather than adds. The pic needs color saturation and a clean up.
I did a workshop for you, removing some problems and coverting to BW. Hope you like it!

your shot is funny, and i think WS (up) are wrong because red kid's eyes are same as robot . So it's well seen for this shot. is it right ?
