I've reworked the control points in Capture NX, added a grad filter in CS3 and adjusted levels a little.

Gary,
Usually "tinted" shots don't appeal to me but this is an exception. It's moody and looks like a surreal sunset/sunrise.
You've placed the boat properly in the frame and captured a great reflection. I also like the way the cloud layers kind of mimic the land....the horizontal lines are parallel.
