[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken on our over-night trip to Pitlochry. We stopped at the nature reserve on the banks of the Loch of the Lowes near to Dunkeld & Birnum. We watched some birds on the loch and the weather finally cleared up to reveal the colours in the surrounding countryside. I particularly liked the side-lighting on this hill as late afternoon approached.

Did some LAB curves adjustment to boost the saturation and contrast, then added an inverted contrast mask. I'm afraid the resampling hasn't done a very wonderful job of retaining detail.

With fall in full bloom everyone is posting color shots and this one is just a little different. I like the colors and the saturation but I have impression that I need to have my glasses checked or adjust the fine tuning knob. You think the PP did it?

I like this landscape, i could imagine that this would be very detailed if printed a4 size or a3 even. Very nice...maybe a smidgen more colour but in the very least.

I like the colours in this one, and the light/shadows give it interest. Nice photo!
