Hello Brian,
Interesting mood, really, with an appropriate composition, title en sepia conversion.
Personally however, I'm not sure about your choice for the fibre effect. To me, this photo expresses either a quest for peace or just desolation, but the fibre effect looks too "fizzy" for those two feelings. Only adding grain would have sufficed, I think.
My personal opinion/interpretation, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).

It looks like a Japanese stamp...Very good continuation of the effect! Excellent color!

Wow this is awesome! It looks like something from Van Gogh...seriously.
Amazing PP work, great result. I would have cloned out the small stick points on the left side of the picture right along the edge of the frame before doing PP work, but I still like the picture a lot.

Love this photo! It's like it's raining and togheter with the sepia it creates a great mood. The lighting and the details of the branch are beautul. Nice POV and composition.
