Hello Bryan,
Hawick in autumn appears ripe with photo ops. I like how you composed this minimizing the sky to emphasize the colors of fall. The arch of the bridge along with its reflection is a highlight. I am curious how this would look with a higher aperture setting. Good pp work. Greetings from a rainy Wash D.C.

Hello Bryan,

A beautiful shot, nicely composed, well balanced and including the wonderful colours we have come to associate with autumn.
I particularly like thow the arch of the tree mirrors the arch of the bridge.

Your HDR technic gives some very natural colors, Brian!
What I like more in this beautiful landscape, is the reprtitive soft curved lines : first one: the branch at the left side of the image, the second, with the range of the trees' head, and the last with the bridge. I should add the slope of the bank, too! This is very harmonious and compose a peaceful scene! Bravo! Annie

Fantastic shot, so raw and natural - Nice HDR work. Quite a busy scene due to the trees and leaves, which adds to it's beauty. I like the subtle reflection on the water from the bridge, it all looks beautifully managed and presented. Nice job - Looking forward to more HDRs from you.

Bryan,

You get a well balanced composition here, with the tree, grass, bridge, river and reflex. HDR was a right choice. You should try 7 to 9 exposures to have a better range to merge.
