Bonjour Bry
La photo prise en contre-plongée met en valeur ce beau ciel chargé de nuages lourds et met la chapelle bien dans son contexte.
Bonne journée.
Urs

Hi Bryan,
Beautiful image. Very good composition of this picture. I hope next year to visit Scotland again. My cousin lives in Aberdeen. I really loved the country and its inhabitants.
Plus, of course whiskey.
Have a super Sunday,
Adrian

Hello Bryan,

The upward pov works well, feeling the presence of the tombstones in the f/g and also giving a sense of importance to the church.
The images are well positioned in the frame.
The saturation gives a fine impression of depth and texture.

I'm not absolutely sure how it has happened, probably from ovrsharpening, but the sky is pixelated and there is a slight halo around the building and some trees.

If you still have the original, just check it for these features and try to discover what has happened during your pp work.

Have a good Sunday,
Bev :-)

HiBryan,
beautiful church.Well composed.Perfect light and sharpness.TFS.Necla.

Really interesting perspective Bryan .. looking up from the bottom of the hill. Colors and composition are really nice on this, but there is a little OE in the bright spot in the sky, and also on the front o the kirk. Still a good job Bryan.
Enjoy your sunday
Trudy

Hi Bryan,
Great PoV to take this little country church from, great colours. It looks as if you may have over sharpened in your PP process as the grass and trees have like a cross stitch effect and clouds look a bit strange over the trees on the right. Nice place and good shot. TFS

Hi Bryan,
A really nice POV in this! Very beautiful and well composed autumn scene. Nice natural colors. Enjoy your Sunday! Julie

I've seen some good work via Topaz and it certainly does a good job in controlling the dynamic range of images.

Here maybe the light-facing wall of the house could still be reduced a little, it's almost OE, as is that area of sky just above the house, where light-bleeding has even obscured the power lines.

Some great details in the clouds otherwise!

Rew

Nice pov, good colours and well composed As has been said that are a few irregularities I would suggest seeing a full size version before posting
warm regards
David

Hi Bryan

Hi Bryan,

This is a very good pov of the kirk but I would like to see this shot without the topaz treatment as I personally think it spoils what could be a great shot.

Regards
Jon

Hi bryan

Good sharpness, colour & upward pov. Your pp work is improving nicely. I'd burn in the slightly oe highlights, & add a little blur to some parts of the sky. Fg looks a bit oversharpened as I can see ++++ all over. Good colour contrasts, between the yellow ochre cottage, & blue grey sky. Tfs!

Hi Bryan

I like your post processing here even those OE on clouds seem match to the final result
The soft dreamy colors also are great in addition to high contrast

TFS, Alireza

Hi Bryan,
I like your choice of angle for this shot, it gives the church more impact, than if taken on the square.I'm not to keen on your Topaz work, due to the effect it gave to the sky & it looks a little over sharpened in the grass area, as others have also said.
Just a tip Bryan, sometimes it helps, when you have a good sky, to exclude it from being altered by the Topaz software, also the levels of adjustments can be fine tuned so that the sharpening is not to obvious,I prefer to do any sharpening outside of the Topaz software. It won't take you long to get the hang of it,it is worth playing around with all of its effects,as they can be useful .
Regards
Ron.
