Hi Bryan,

I see you have captured a rather similar shot to someone else but I like the blurring of the hooves showing the movement well. Great pov nice colours and sharp details the dof is great well done.

Regards
Jon

Hi Bryan

Very good sharpness, & a nice decisive moment on the 2 leading black horses, so full of dynamism & vitality. The people add scale & colour. Tfs!

Ciao..foto magnifica
sottolinea bene il movimento
di questi meravigliosi cavalli
complimenti

Hi Bryan,
Great shot of the braw lad an lassie coming in, you have caught them well but it is a shame you did not have your other lens to get the standard in - I don't know if there is something going on with the colour as the horses chests seem to be over pixcilated with noise as does the blue/grey parts of the road and the spectators jeans on the right, possible oversharpening or it may be my monitor. Other than that it is a nice shot of a memorable day. TFS
Bri

Looks like a lot of fun for participants and spectators. I would have been tempted to crop to include only the 2 horses in the front. However it is also good to see the crods. TFS
warm regards
David

Hi Bryan,
you certainly have captured the spirit of this Gala event ,lot's of crowds & lot's of exciting things to see & hear, can hear those horses hooves just a pounding along the street, great capture esp'of their facial expression, hope you had as good a time shooting all your images, as these riders are, riding in the event,we'll see the banner next time, youv'e given us a good feel for the event.I guess this image is even more vibrant full size.

A great action shot. You had a great place to be able to capture a shot like this. The intensity on their face is very well captured as well. Terrific shot, tfs.

Hi Bryan, From someone who has NEVER been on a horse, this looks very exciting!! I like how you have captured the horses at full gallop, the excitement of the riders, and of course the crowd. A small detail too.. the curve of the road leading one out of the photo is a neat effect too. I want to see where they travel! :) Nice shot, looks like a great time! Lisa

Oh dear, such excitement I feel while viewing this Bryan. It is action packed, sharp, and well composed. Please accept my congratulations for a job well done. Best regards...
Danilo

great pov to capture all the action! excellent detail on the rider's faces and since of motion with the horses hooves! awesome work!

Powerful street shot loads of color ...why worry about the flag its the lads and lasses and of course the horses that are important and you caught it splendidly
regards
Bill

hello bryan,
great POV.You have captured the action and excitement very well. A braw photo!
Bev

Hey LuckyBry, you've caught the action of this shot at the pinnacle! Time well spent in setting up and choosing the best point of viewing! I tend to agree with "bri" in that the colours may be a bit oversaturated, but not overly sharpened. The final result in my opinion is A+1 Excellente.

Howzit Bryan,
Great focus on the horses and riders intense moment as opposed to the total relaxed atmosphere of the spectators.Great shot and TFS,
