Ha! Ha!,the golf course is either very close to the roadside,or it's meant as a little help to the golfers, know I need one like this when I'm playing:)
thanks for the early smile Bryan, will add my one tomorrow, good theme.
Regards
Ron

Is this a sign for someone in a car or someone playing golf and using a driver ie a no ? iron (Im not a golfer so I wouldnt know the right no iron) Good spot Bryan.TFS
warm regards
David

Ha! Bryan! Once again you've hit close to my heart with this posting. As an avid golfer I always drive carefully to the golf course, and then while I'm on the golf course, and of course when I leave the golf course. But then of course when I leave the golf course I'm not always in the best shape to drive, so sometimes I have to take a taxi! I can drive the golf ball drunk, but not the automobile. Good humor, pal.

Good morning Bryan,
This gave me a good laugh. I am glad you organized this week's Friday theme. I type this with the TV on anticipating the semifinal matches of the two Andys at Wimbledon. I hope it's a good match. Well captured and composed well for the humorous impact.

Hello Bryan
It is really a funny sign with good colors
The focus is not de best and it is a little bit unbalanced.
Mario

Hi Chris,

Good capture for the theme with the possibility of two interpretations. Not much fun in getting beaned by a golf ball!

TFS,
Werner

Hi Bryan,

Well, that is a funny sign, there are similar ones by the road that goes through a country club subdivision near me. They used to have one that was near a tee that said "Watch for drivers". It was pointed to on-coming traffic, so I assumed it meant the people teeing off, but then there was a golf cart path near it, too, so who knows? I'll have to pay more attention the next time I drive through there. In my car. I can't afford to play there!

The technical aspect is secondary, I think, to this theme - it's more for fun to me, so I won't take off any points for the sign being tilted. It looks fairly sharp to me, though, but there are some ghost letters - apparently they re-used the sign.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Bryan,

The funiest thing about this shot is probably the critique section. So far reading the reviews, this shot shot seems to be an outstanding one or at least one to remember.

I find people can be so much more creative, giving a review, sometime I really wonder, if we're looking at the same thing.

"once again you've hit close to my heart"???? I just hope he'll survive and live thru this..))))

Excellent sharpeness, and graphism....))))? HOW can you top this off.
Personnaly, I don't find anything striking or appealing about this shot...Even what written on the sign, is not "really that funny" and hardly justify this shot, and lack of originality. Anyway, could you have presented a more interesting way? Maybe a different angle?
I've got to be missing something.....maybe it would be my lack of creativity??? Could I call this a snap? without getting strike by a lightning...or a golf ball...))))

Which driver does it refer to ...the wood driver or the car driver? very funny like the thought of it...was it at a crazy golf competition? lol well done thanks for sharing

that sign is appropriate anywhere i may be golfing! well seen and captured! thanks for the chuckle this morning!
