Briglands View
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This was taken when out for a walk round the briglands and just opposite the farm gate looking towards the north. From here the road dips down and breaks into two one leading to the A7 and back to Selkirk the other leads to an area called locally The Bats. There is an old drove road that leads from the bats so I am hoping to explore this today as it is said there are brilliant views of Selkirk to be had.

Hi Jon,
Bonny shot of the rolling hills of the borders - stuff legends are made of. Great PoV for this, you have done a sterling job on the HDR, I particularly like the way you have caught the clouds casting shadows on the far off hills. Cheers

Hey Jon - You've been busy while I have been away! This is a great shot - beautiful colours! Will look back at this one when I am moaning about the lack of british summer!
