I like this well executed shot but agree with BC's comment about the out of focus foreground.
The sky is well exposed and presents a soft texture which is a nice counter to the shiny water and hard silhouettes of the trees.

This is very beautiful the pov looks as if you are in the water I love the sky and the yellow tinge to the whole shot. I like the silhouetted trees the good sharp details and a nice dof well done.

Derek, love the tones .. great choice to use sepia here. I'm in agreement though, with those would have prefered the water to be sharp ... I find the blurry foreground to be somewhat distracting.

Sometimes it seems to me seeing less is seeing more. This shot is a good example. Although there are few detais to be seen the whole image gives me a the feeling of being in the picture.
So I really like your PP work here - this makes the shot unique in its very own way.
