Hi bryan

A level horizon! Good colour & saturation with excellent framing & sharpness of the reservoir. Excellent light contrasts, although I'd burn in the strong, slightly oe highlights. Tfs!

beautiful contrast , very colorful photo , amazing landscape ,

Hi Bryan,
Is that really all the PP work you did to this photo? I am asking because I see some really odd color casts and some odd shapes. First the color cast. In general the colors are really hard and do not look natural. The water has an intens blue color, the foilage an almost toxic green and the distant heather a strong purple color. But even stranger, the shadow casted blue the cloud on the distant hill has a magenta color cast. That same color cast is again visible in the reflection of the tower. Second, the odd shapes. The curve of the walking bridge is not smooth but a shows stacked blocks effect. I also have to mention that the central placement of that tower is not the best position, it suits more to be placed on the right 1/3 axis.
TFS,
Niek

Hi Bryan,
a nice view of the Scottish Borders but the colours are just too strong for me
cheers
