[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a shot of the famous "Scotts view" (well its famous in the Scottish Borders anyway). Named after Sir walter Scott who spent a lot of time sitting here gathering his thoughts and getting inspiration.

Its not a clean shot in that I am starting to experiment with PP work some more so I have added some layer masks in photoshot to darken the shot.
I liked the result but with this being experimental I would appreciate any advice or comments.

Hi Andy,
Nice this landscape with some beautiful colors.
Excellent playing, my congratulations.
Have a nice Saturday,
Adrian

Hi Andy,
I have to say that I prefer the original. It can be clearly seen that this was a day shot which makes the pixelated dark sky not very pretty to look at. I also feel that the warm glow does not help to make the landscape more beautiful. But, I am a purist when it comes to landscape photography so all the credits to you for experimenting.
On the composition try to avoid placing the horizon on the center axis of the photo. As with the main hill in the vertical center axis.
TFS,
Niek
