[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
this is an HDR image of St Marys Loch taken just as rain clouds were coming up the valley. It got really dark and wet not long after this shot was taken.
8 shots of various exposures combined to make HDR image.

Hi Andy,
I like the natural look of this HDR photo, something that cannot be often said these days. However, I do feel that the photo is lacking a little contrast boast. Just so that the colors jump out more. I am also not so sure about this composition, the distant shore line is dividing the photo into two. I think that when you crop part of the sky, the result will bring a more dynamic composition.

Composition works for me Andy, in fact thinks I have taken this shot on a number of occasions :-)

It is classic with the foreground detail and and the use of portrait mode.

Simply works for me.
