[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken from the same vantage point as yesterday's post, except this time looking a bit more towards the centre of Lewis, where the hills begin rise towards the Harris Mountains.

Converted from Raw file to tiff.
Converted to B&W using 30%red 60%green 10%blue.
Curves adjustments to improve forgeground contrast.
Made a second conversion, much darker for greater detail in the sky.
Merged the two images, using a layer mask in the gimp.
Slightly increased colour temperature using GEGL operation.
Scaled and sharpened.
