The rocks sit a few hundred yards off the beach, so they are probably six or eight feet tall. This is effectively the first landfall for the warm currents coming across the Atlantic and the energy in the water, driven by the wind, is awe-inspiring. Even from a distance, these waves were quite intimidating, with the water crashing 15 feet into the air.
