Hi
I think this is a juvenile Dunnock that was perching in my garden. The reason I say this is that I have alot of Dunnocks that feed in the garden....and this guy wasnt scared of me!
Dunnocks are known as Hedge Sparrows and feed predominantly on the ground. You will rarely see them high up in trees or bushes - they tend to stay quite low and scurry around in the undergrowth.

Thanks for looking

Hi Linzi!
Nice bird. Very nice scene. Beautiful POV and capture. Original shot.
Cheers!
Hi Linzi
Great shot of the little fellow! Nice and sharp around the eye, and I like the way his head is cocked to the side as if he's wondering what your up to.
Cheers
HM
nice shot Linzi well captured
Hi Linzi
You seem very lucky to catch these birds. Its looks a bit like the camera has focused more on the leaves rather than the bird itself, but nevertheless a good shot. Love the way his head is to the side.

Hi Linzi
I would love to have dunnocks in my garden (mind you I have hedgehogs so I shouldn't be greedy). I love the curious look he is giving you with the tilted head. Very sweet
