[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I posted a colour portrait of Owen some time ago and it received only one critique. I took the advice and took the original shot into Photoshop and converted it to B&W with a little colour to convey the title.
Using the channel mixer I desaturated the image and then increased a combination of sliders to improve the tones for the skin. I then used a curves adjustment layer to increase contrast a little. To finish of I colour punched some of the blue glow from the Dr Who sonic screwdriver, and couldn't resist bringing back the blue in the eyes to compliment.
I think it's an improvement. Let's see what you think.
