This bronze sculpture of a young local couple with their dog was sculpted by John Clinch in 1993 and celebrates the people who lived and worked locally in Cardiff Bay. It can be found on the boardwalk at Mermaid Quay. Cardiff Bay, once called Tiger Bay was a great area of Cardiff more information can be found at

This hand looks very realistic, it must be a great statue. I like how the background is blurred in this photo, I think otherwise the background might take away from the ineresting elements of the outstretched arm. Cool photo.

I really like this photo. I had to look twice to see it was a hand.
