At the seaside II

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hello everyone,
I wanted to post a different photo than this today, but my computer is being naughty and freezing whenever I open one of my pictures for resizing, so this one will have to do.
I took it on Barmouth beach in North Wales in February, by putting the camera down on the sand to get the low viewpoint. I know the horizon isn't straight (can anyone tell me how to do that, BTW?) and that it breaks the "rule of thirds" in a big way, but I rather like the effect created.
Sharpened (not too much, I hope!), cropped and resized for upload.
Cheers,
John. |

Hi John,
Good minimalistic image, forget the rule of turds, rules are there to be broken. I like the focus point in the sand a few feet in front of the camera.
Cheers
