Sundown over Bangor
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Sensing a bingo sunset I took a vantage point looking north over Bangor towards Anglesey. I took loads of photos as the sun went - the cloud action was fantastic - and I hung around well after sunset to get this. Some of the others were maybe more impressive but I love this one as it feels more dramatic and moody, like a pastel & charcoal drawing.
I think I deliberately under-exposed to get a darker scene. No post-processing.

Hi Phil, I have to be the first to comment on this! It's a lovely shot, great lighting and colours. It might be improved slightly by sharpening and contrast, I have tried a workshop where I have done this, see what you think.
Cheers, Les P.S. Keep 'em coming!
Mooth,
I ike it Phil, great colours and tones, I like the street lights that look like stars. Cannot work out if I prefer Dads W/shop or not.
Cheers
Tom
P.S Keep watching the skies
Ah, the cousin of me,
I like this, the streetlights in the dark foreground really stand out. As you say, the sky looks like a work of art! Great colours and composition.
Cheers, CoY.
