[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Many people celebrate Easter as a religious festival. For others its a chance to catch up on much needed garden work and relaxing - putting ones feet up! Whatever Easter is for you -enjoy! and find some time to put your feet up!

Just outside the Elan Valley Visitor's Centre is a large bronze sculpture of Prometheus. The scultpture has one central figure (Prometheus) and is covered by other humans and, I presume, Gods. This is one of the humans reclining, upside down, leaning on Prometheus, feet in the air. I took loads of photos and might add the whole image as a workshop.



Some info on Prometheus: Prometheus (Ancient Greek, Προμηθεύς, "forethought") is the Titan chiefly honored for stealing some fire from the gods in the stalk of a fennel plant and giving it to mortals for their use. He is depicted as an intelligent and cunning figure who had sympathy for humanity. To this day, the term promethean refers to events or people of great creativity, intellect and boldness.

Hi Lesley,
Believe it or not, my feet have been up for the past six months. I've reduced my activities down to: job, TL, dancing, keeping house clean...because of the "blues". Els (hendrika) suggested that I change to orange and I will do just that :)
TFS this photo: the DOF is perfect such as the sharpness and detail. Very unique - nice message also.
