[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This one was taken after a very heavy downpour of rain, and the sun had just emerged from behind the black clouds. Everything looks fresh and green after the rain. There are renovations being carried out on the clock tower, hence the scaffolding around the tower.

Scaffolding - the nightmare of the photographer...
Though it's pretty discrete here, Joan. Nice PoV, and a nice capture under rather dull light.
A little bit of luminousity and perhaps some more saturation might work wonders. You should definitely have cloned out the dust bunnies that are all around.
Get the sensor cleaned and then... zoom in/out very slowly, that helps ;o).
