[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On our trip to the UK we spent a day in Pembrokeshire and Tenby enjoying the dunes where part of the 7th Harry Potter movie was filmed (Shell Cottage scene). The wind was raging and whipping sand in every direction, still I managed a few photos before stowing my camera safely in my jacket.

Hey Mike,

Love the concept here and the positioning of your models is great. I really like that your wife and daughter are looking away from the camera and your son is looking right at it. I really leads to a story.

Overall, though, I think the image looks like it was over sharpened. There seems to be quite a bit of local area contrast and some harsh transitions. Were you trying to get more texture out of the wind blown reeds?

Again, the composition is wonderful. I really like how there is no detail in the entire image except around your family. That seems to capture the character of this place.

(Am I the only one in the whole world who hasn't read or seen the Harry Potter stories?)
