When the Blue Hour turns Pink
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Those of you who are regular sunset photographers, will know what the 'Blue Hour' is. For those who don't know, it's the after-sunset glow you get in the sky. Most people naturally turn to face the sun as it sets, and keep facing that way to catch the Blue Hour, but quite often at this time of year if you face away from the sun, you get the most amazing peachy-pink glow.
This is a shot of the posts seen in my shot "Burning Sky" caught with that glow reflection of the water. The colours are totally natural in this shot, all I have done post pro, is to crop the shot, clone out some grass in the foreground water, sharpen it and then frame the image. |
