[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi All.
This is my first posting to TrekLens, although I have been posting to TrekEarth for a while it's about time I registered here to post some of my more abstract photots.

This is a glass candle holder photographed in front of a computer monitor showing a blue striped image. I've only just started experimenting with these kind of shots so I still have plenty to learn. I see lots of potential for some really striking images though with a bit more practice. Comments welcome.
Cheers.

Best regards and welcome,

Welcome to TL, John! And a striking first post! Great colour match, and very inventive setup, using a computer screen as a back drop. Notice how the screen is in focus in one of the bubbles. Cool!

Hi John...
Your first posting and you hit the bull's eye. I mean how did you get the idea to capture this in front of a computer screen.....really cool. This experiment worked well.
Well done and welcome to TL.

Great shot John - professional in its neatness. A pleasant splash of turquoise and cobalt bule with an interesting dof to get that one 'bubble' stand out.
Very impressive

Welcome to TL, John. This is a very abstract with a very good set-up to create this bleuish colours. I like how the sides of the candle holder seem like drops of water. Well done!
