Spring is here ..... at last!

Crocus Vernus - Spring Crocus. Taken yesterday afternoon. It was incredibly sunny and warm so these beautiful spring flowers were blooming.

absolutely wonderful shot! With these fresh colours, this sun giving delicate shadows on the petals. It's so suggestive that I just felt for a moment that outside my window is also such a view... but no... not yet... *s* Great DOF - I like the flowers blurred more and more with the distance. Beautiful photo! tfs

A beautiful show of spring crocus. Truly a wondeful flower to greet as spring has sprung...well almost, its bittery cold here at the moment. Flowers always look good with a blurred background. Well done.

BTW. I see you live in Surrey. I was born in Woking and lived in the Camberley area for over 35 years before moving down to the west country for a warmer climate. .......not today though.

Spring isn't here yet. But with this photo, you brought some to my beck of the woods. Great color POV and DOF. Good to see the sun in this photo and well used,
