[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The British Museum is not only a delightful place to look at masterpieces of art and archelology. It is an even better place to people watch. We watched this woman look at a number of cases of Coptic jewelry, until she stopped, said "Look there!" to her companion, and concentrated on taking the perfect photograph.

I apologize for not stopping by to look at your new photos, I have a granddaughter graduating from college this weekend and much less time to spend here. I'll try to catch up on Sunday.

Exposure Mode Auto; Exposure Program Normal; ISO 1600; Focal Length 73 mm; Focal Length in 35mm Film 109 mm; cropped, used NoiseNinja, Unsharp Mask, and framed.

Hi Lois- I have to agree- people watching is much more fun- and you did an excellent job of capturing your subject as she captured hers- good colors and I really like the red hat in the frame- very cool! Well done and nice note as well!

Congratulations to both you and your grandaughter!

Steve

Another example of a 'sunset with no sunset'. The orange 'barnet' (research Cockney rhyming slang and report back for debriefing) and the black 'dickie' (see note above) set this one up for some good visual power.
OK - Save you the trouble:
Barnet = Barnet Fair = hair.
Dickie = Dickie Dirt = shirt.
See you Sunday. Enjoy her success together.
Welcome to the Revolucion!

Good snapshot, Lois! You captured her concentration very well, and the treatment you gave to the image is fine. Very well composed too! Nice one!

You are presenting some very interesting shot from your visit to London, Lois, not the usual tourist type picture but you seem to get to the essence of the place. I agree that in any museum it often as fun to look at the exhibits as it is to look at people reactions. Very nicely captured and great treatment. Well done!

P.S. Congratulations to your granddaughter!

Hi Lois...
It's a very interesting person and photograph.... Wonderful moment and shot, as usual... The PP (NoiseNinja) is beautiful... Also beautiful pastel colors and soft light...
TFS...
Stay well..
Salim.
