[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After seeing similar photos from a fair on Trekearth, I thought I'd experiment with some panning shots myself, when visiting the adventure park on Southend sea front.
I don't know the rider, I just tried a few shots while passing by, but it looks like she's enjoying herself.
Any critiques welcomed, as well as tips for this sort of shot, or your own examples.

Technique for the shot:
Shutter priority mode, 1/30 sec. ISO 100 (still needed F/22, though!)
Converted from RAW, crop on right, sharpen, re-size, slight sharpen again.
Thanks
Andy

I like it! especially their position in the frame, compositionally quite good, and love the washed out bg behind her.
unfortunatelly, I am not experienced in this kind of shots (I do have one but without a person in it), and can't remember now which exact members posted sth similar, even though I saw some posts a while ago.
welcome Andy!

Nice timing and the composition really is great.
I think, but am not sure, that following the rider with your camera may have made for less motion on the subject.
I like the motion though, it works well.

great shot to start with Andy!
TFS and welcome on TL

I like the subject you chose for panning. And i think its quite succesful. Her movement is so fuuny and make the shot more dynamic. Very good capture and experiment in a good composition.
