This is me playing with layers again - and discovering the limitations of TL. What do you do with a merged image shot in two different countries - in a bar in London and on a soccer field in Luxembourg? What do you call a merge of b&w and colour? Which was the date - the colour or the b&w. The camera? The shutter speed? Which part of me do I like best?

Nice picture-essay, Per. This is one where the words and the picture really do have to be looked at together and that raises a question - should the picture stand alone or is it OK to have the words combined with it? I firmly believe the second case is true - the combination of the your picture with the words is far more powerful than either one on their own. Perhaps we need another Trek site for this medium - poor Adam, he must wonder what he's taken on.

Oh and...missed opportinites...are only those you did not dare to go after, all others are your best try :))

I guess you can specify the shutter and aparature for both pictures in your notes :) As for your post...i like it, and i like the note that goes with it, the combination of the two.

I dream on a nice London pub..on a nice dreamy atmosphere...and on a nice warming feeling for realizing i didnt missed the oportunity...

I didn't know you had asked this questions before :-) Well, now I guess I've answered at least one with my photo...
For the 2 question, that's hard to say sometimes; for the 3 question, yes! for the 4, yes! for the 5, no it never happened to me yet, for the 6 Oh, yes too many times!!!
