| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This picture is somewhat similar to one that I submitted earlier (yesterday, in fact). This time it's my sister, though.
I took this, and several others as Christmas gifts to my grnadmother (my parents' idea). This was one of the best from the lot, and my personal favourite.
Completely natural light, although I did use the back of the curtain as a sort of vague reflector.
Some PP done. |

Philippa
Welcome to TL.
I prefer this to yesterday's photo as it is less over exposed. Almost sharp focus on the eye which is the part that stands out in the photo.

very good pinsharp photo of your sister
well done and tfs your sister
Hi Philippa
As mentioned previously ... your composition is good, your subject is pretty, your focus in this shot is great, on her eye as it should be ... although the metering needs a little more work, I would expect that 1/40 or even quicker would have been adequate for this one?
Still - I'm enjoying your work, please keep them coming.

Just a bit too close I think..But you have a good eye for wonderful light.
Well done

I love the pose and the pic in general but I think the light is a bit harsh and a slightly lower exposure time or ISO change would help. The expression is simply fabulous!
