[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had been waiting for over a year to take this picture. When she was in the right position then the battle began to get out of bed and then get my gear out of the cupboard, set it all up and take the picture all without waking her. Available light was sunlight through an open window.

Well, it seems to me that it was worth the wait ;-) It's a very beautiful photo, with soft light that makes it look a lot like a postcard. Congrats on the work and specially on your beautiful little girl.

Very cute picture Chris. They are so peaceful and when they sleep, unlike the crazy noise and movements of being awake. How old is this lovely child, perhaps nearing 2. Our boy is 2 and a bit and it is wonderful when he sleeps...hehehe Nice shot, very soft light and good composition. Welcome to TL.

This is such a great picture. With the cute little toes and cute sleeping face this is just a remarkable photo. I love it..

Nice picture. Soft light, I am wondering if it could be better with less brithness.

This reminds me of the antique photos of babies I've been collecting, like the victorian postcard type ones. This photo would match nicely. Such a dreamy scene, but then sleeping children I think always look so peaceful and dreamy!

just now saw this and it is the most adorable thing (I'm sure your little girl is too) with her feet and toes! too cute. Also, though, very touching and a beautiful, soft portrait. She's in a dreamland with all the soft pillows and "blankies" surrounding her. Good job highlighting her perfect features, especially the little rosebud mouth. Charming. Well composed and well shot. The white could easily have been over-bright (resulting in a burning glare). Instead you managed to make it look angelic and quite soft. Did you use any type of filter?

This was well done. Composition could have been more to the bottom right perhaps?
