| This is Chester, a quite wealthy city with a grand History, so here when they do building work they don't have ordinary scaffolding, here they produce a cover for the scaffolding with an image of the shp they are re-building. They want to blend the work in with the city sights...this company is obviously in a better finacial position than yesterday's post. |
