[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi

This is a path through the forest within our local Country Park.

At the end of the path, you can just about make out some people walking towards me.

However, I guess the people aren't really what the photo is about, it's more about the mood created by the trees and how the path leads your eye.

I'd be interested to hear your views.

Hope you like it.

Sandy

Hi Sandy,
Very nice composition,sharp and colours.
Thanks for sending/sharing.
Best wishes,
Haluk

hi sandy, i like this point of view, the people help add to the size, ones eyes always go to the light so in this dead centre, maybe if you had of lowered the path entrance a little would of made a bit better composition, but still a nice shot of this neat looking path, thanks scott

Great POV & I think the people adds to it! Don

Hi Sandy,
Very good composition with this perspective leading us toward the light and people. I propose you a workshop. I try to enhance the colors. So don't mind me, it is just my vision! Bravo! Annie

While I am at it, I'll critique this one as well. I like the depth you've created here. The path is leading me nicely to the people in the back. I like what Annie did with the WS. I feel the colors look more real. I guess this was a sunny day with either a bright blue sky or a more white sky, but with a bright sun. This kind of light causes the camera to overexpose this kind of image. The overall greytone in this photo is closer to black than to white. In this situation it is best to underexpose the camera with a a few steps. Using a polarizer filter might also help.

HI there!
Great POV, lovely sharp detail and good colours. I like this stype of shot, always gives me the feeling that I'm looking at something from Lord Of The Rings.
Well done!

Lovely composed shot Sandy, the people give your shot depth and add scale. I like the way the path leads you into the shot.
Well done.
