Mother & Child

Now with this one, your either going to love it or hate it, the choice is completely up to you.
The image was constructed from multiple layers using a photograph of a mother looking at her new born child as a starting point. Added to this was a colour adjustment layer, two photographs of the bronze casting found at the bottom of Nelsons column and a copy of an old local map. The layers were added either as darken, lighten, screen etc.
This was a total experiment looking for a grunge type of feel, I like it. |

An interesting experiment and with a surprising result. Congratulations
Hello Bryan,an interesting experiment, but for me there are too many layers, maybe two would have been enough?TFS, regards Jean.
