What did I do?

Taken during a walk home, I took a photo of a set of flowers by the side of the road.
The photo came out blurry so I attempted some post processing on it. I did this post processing a while back, and have only just got around to submitting the photo so I dont remember what I did. The original photo can be viewed here. If anyone can tell me what I did to the photo, it will be appreciated.
Thanks and Enjoy the photo.

Hello Andrew
Very interesting post processing. It definitely made the original photo look quite different and stylized.
I've been sitting here for about 30 minutes trying to figure out what you did in Photoshop. After trying all the filters I have, and anything posible, I FOUND IT!!!
The only thing you did that made the photo look like this was UnSharp Mask.
Try this: Amount: 300, Radius: 14, Threshold: 0.
Hope this will help you! Good Luck
Pam
I believe in my IMHO that your original picture came out blurry due to the low shutter speed you had. I guess you took it in the late hours of the afternoon or when it was a little dark. To prevent this, you might want to use a tripod.
