| On an overcast and cloudy day, the Welsh hills are hidden from view in the background, but the Bay area has been developed from a dirty mud flat area into a boating and recreation area for the people of Cardiffi and the many tourists who visit the capital of Wales. The golden roof area in the centre background is the roof of the new Welsh Opera house, and all around that area are many facilities for visitors. A wonderful Science museum with "hands on" experiences for children and all the young at heart, there are many restaurants and café's too. An open air arena for moonlight concerts and a nice marina for small yachts and power boats. |

It sure is a long way from a dirty mud area!! Thanks for bringing this here. In Lisbon there was also an area that was turn from a "garbage bin" into to a wonderful area much like this on your photo :-) So, I alwasy marvel when I see this happen.
Fantastic sky too. Goos capture Joan, the coulours are great!!

C'est beau Joan cette prise de vue, j'aime beaucoup cette ligne de bouées rouges, elle donne de la vie à la photo. Le ciel est très beau aussi.
Joli travail .

Well done for making Wales look more interesting, there is too much countryside where I live.
