[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Good morning,

This photo was taken some years ago, during a holiday my wife and I had. On waking early, as usual, I took a stroll around the hotel lake. It was around five in the morning, so I had the place all to myself. Although there was nip in the air, and quite misty across the water, I thought it had the makings of a beautiful day, I was right. Whenever I look back at this picture, I can still hear the silence and feel the stillness of the moment, just as the momnet it was taken.

Thanks for looking, and for all the welcomes and comments.

Regards John

Hi John,
Nice shot, it does seem to have that early morning peacefulness about it, nice colours and reflections, nice to see Helen has got you into TL I am still working on my Father.

Hello John,
Welcome to TrekLens! You will have no free time from this point on!
Lovely posting! I like the stilness and the feeling of peace. Early mornings can be so rewarding! Nice refections.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi John,
There is always more to share then just a picture - it has memories attatched to it and an atmosphere you also want to share.
It is really peaceful - you are an early riser - and when it comes to photography that's a good thing.
All shades of green and a wonderful reflection.
Thanks for sharing this moment with us.
