[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken at Pensthorpe Nature reserve. The reserve spends a great deal of time and effort on educational activity for children, and this year they have placed various sculptures of insects around the reserve to pique the kids interest. In this instance my son is investigating a large grasshopper, this is the point where he isn't 100% sure whether its real or a model - don't worry, no nightmares as a result of this (thank goodness!).

The title refers both to the tongue in cheek evolution of insects (although I don't think grasshoppers will rule the world!) but also to my son's evolving fascination in the world around him - oh to be 3 years old again.......

Weather was dull and overcast, so levels and saturation both boosted a little, along with resizing, USM (at 30%) and added the border.

Kids can learn so much of these parks and I think they are great fun! In a way these huge bugs aren't very scary at all! hhahaahhaah

Very good capture. My grandson of 4 is also starting to like bugs.
