I prefer this one, personally, Dean...I think the image is more balanced overall. The darke green rushes on the lower left balance off nicely against the stream coming on from the right and the higher hills on that side of the frame.

I like the subtle line of trees running across the scene as well, and the flattened "u" of the skyline/horizon/whatever you call it works well for me. Nice, gentle shot of some lovely English countryside.
