Beautiful day, found this spot just outside St Boswells in the Scottish Borders. Lovely place to sit and contemplate. And to watch the salmon fishermen and women.

Hello Peter,
Classic but strong! Good sense of motion and speed, thanks to the low POV (you would like to touch the water). Effective composition and natural colours. I just would have left out the little piece of concrete/stone in the lower right corner, but that's perhaps easier said than done.
TFS & kind regards,
Erik

Lovely scene Peter, I love the water as FG detail. Great composition and colour tones.

This shot looks familiar to me, have you shown it on any other sites or in a readers section of a magazine? - just curious as I keep thinking I have seen it somewhere

Lovely image

Hello Peter,

One of the thing I regret I didn't do is to visit lots of watermills while in UK, this is a very nice shot, I like your pov, but most of all, I like the water, very dramatic and smooth in the same time very well captured my friend, thanks for sharing

Cheers,
Sweety

Hi Peter,

I love the low shooting angle for this shot... you must have been lying flat on the ground!

It gives a really dynamic perspective to the scene and I love the way you have got such a deep field of focus and captures just enough movement in the water.

Nice shot.

I like this one, I have often thought about stopping here to get a few shots, but will struggle to get them to this standard.
