[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
For the kind of day it was,cold & threatening to rain,
it would have given this image more vitality if there had been smoke coming out of the chimney,but I still thought it worth a shot. Located on Dartmoor Devon.

Plenty of atmosphere without the smoke Ron. The storm light is super and the inclusion of the dark cloud shadow on the background really makes the colourful foreground pop.

Très jolies lumière, j'aime le contraste entre les couleurs chaudes du paysage et le ciel lourd. Et pus il y a cette tache blanche que j'aurais peut être mise un peu plus sur la droite.

Bonjour Ronald,
C'est magnifique ce paysage tourmenté par le temps.
La maison réflèchie un peu trop la luminosité, mais avec ce ciel noir, cela donne un bon contraste.

Man that weather looks bad !!

Such contrast, maybe too much on the land behind the cottage, but the light in the foreground is so lovely.

hello Ron,
fantastically dramatic light.Full of contrasts. Cold and warmth, blacknesss and white. I like the block of white of the gable end of the cottage set against the dark moor.
