THis statue of Winston Churchil stands in front of the parliament house in London. I like it very much, because it describes perfectly the typical payse of Mr. Churchil.

I like the lighting on the face. It gives a 'decisive moment' feeling...
I think your the BG is distracting a little:
* The trees which look in full focus, and
* The red behind the feet. I suggest desaturating them.
And the statue looks a little blurred or digitized(?)

I like it alot Yitzhak, what a pose and what a man. Very powerful, influencial man. I like the composition here, and the angle you've captured. Nice photo. You have a great eye for great shots.

I can't see any focus point, perhaps behind the statue on the most proemeinent tree trunk. then the sky is really overblown, providing chromatic aberrations on the edges of the thin branches.

I think this image should have been BW as the colors are not specially bringing something additional, this would have elimineated the aberrations issues.
I've seen better from you.
