[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Blencathra is one of the most northerly mountains in the English Lake District. It has six separate fell tops, of which the highest is the 868 metre (2,848 foot) Hallsfell Top. This shot was taken a few days ago whilst travelling to Keswick on business. It was cold but a beautiful sunshiny day. I have taken a few more which I will be posting over the next few days.

Correction, this is Skiddaw, Blencathra is on the other side of the road. Sorry to have misinfomred you..... 17/01/08

J'adore le bleu si profond de ton ciel!!et avec le blanc de la neige sur la montagne sur l'horizon ça se marie tré bien!!
en plus des couleur j'aime bien les ligne sur cette photo (cloture,arbre,colline...)

Hi Faramarz. You picked the right weather to see the Lake District at its best. good use of the polariser to saturate the blues and yellows and a pleasing composition also. I think perhaps it could be a little sharper but excellent all the same.
