Sunderland Airshow- Lancasters first flew operationally in March 1942 and were well received by their aircrew. It was regarded as "a pilot's airplane" which inspired confidence.

I love the Lancaster, its a great plane, as a kid i used to make airfix models and I remember my great uncle Jack buying me a huge one to make, it took me ages but it was pride of my collection.
This is a lovely picture, you have managed to catch this well.

Hello Faramarz,
Beautifull photo, unsual subject in TL that reminds me «cartoon books» about 2nd world war of my infancy (I remember a hero of mine of that time «Major Alvega»)
Very good composition and amazing light and colours. Congrats, and best regards,mb.
