| Both my husband and I have similar images (this is what happens when you shoot together) but our placement was slightly different----I wanted to capture the dark clouds of evening descending over the valley- |

Hi Lynne,
I like the surreal lighting, good work on the exposure. TFS

Hi Lynne
This is atmospheric and enchanting. Awesome contrast in light levels from FG to BG. The white house jumps out loaud and clear. Sharp detail and certainly a great POV.
Well done. TFS,
Martyn

Hi Lynne,
How I like this dusk ambiance you captured! Very nice contrast with the whiteness of the house and the darkness of the remote mountains. Image well composed with the diagonal of the fence leading our glance toward the covered bridge. The textures of grasses in FG are well rendered as the their natural colors. A very nice landscape! Bravo! Annie

I haven't measured it, Lynne... but it appears to me that the picture is tilted ccw - slightly. Could be a faulty visual perception, I'll check later.
What appealed to me in this shot, looking at the thumbnail, is the colour saturation, and the contrast between the sunlit house and the environment. A beautiful composition too, very tranquil.
TFS!

hello Lynne,
you have done a good job here of showing the dark hill and sky by the contrast with the white gable end of the cottage.Nicely placed and I like the light on the foreground grass. The shed help delineate the foreground from background
