This is a view of the London Eye with the now annual Valentine's display. Not as photogenic as last year though!

Happy Valentine's Day

The BA London Eye (also known as the Millennium Wheel) first opened in 1999 is now famous landmark of London. The structure was designed by architects David Marks, Julia Barfield, Malcolm Cook, Mark Sparrowhawk, Steven Chilton, and Nic Bailey, the wheel carries 32 sealed and air conditioned passenger capsules.

The British Airways London Eye was the tallest observation wheel at 135m high at the date of its construction.

I hope you like it

Hello Paul!
Wow! Great colours and really good perspective of the London Eye!
Yes, I like it!
Very well done!
Best regards!
Lili

PS - Happy Valentine's Day for you, too! ;)

Nice photo!

"The British Airways London Eye is the world's tallest observation wheel at 135m high."

Sorry, that bit isn't true - the Singapore FLyer is higher at 165m. You didn't state your source, but it is out of date, sorry.

Paul, The thumbnail grabbed my attention and when I opened it...WOW!!! I really like all of the colors, lines, lights, etc... Great exposure!

Enjoy your Valentine's Day!

lovely composition.... lovely color as well,tfs-jon

Hi Paul! Very lovely POV as before. The busy red hues and Valentine arrangement at the bottom arrive strongly on my eyes but I like the purplish color at the top.
Cheers!
Freddie :)

Beautiful shot with great colors. Everything about it is perfect.

Took a look at your site.. Great job!
