| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Corfe Castle is a ruined Norman castle, build in the reign of William the Conqueror & soars above Corfe village in the county of Dorset England.
As you can see I was not having much luck with the weather nor getting a clear shot of this famous castle due to the repairs being done @ the time of my visit, scaffolding every where,so it was hard to do it justice, another angled shot is in my workshop. There is also a steam locomotive that is operated by volunteers & runs between Corfe & the seaside town of Swanage, well worth a visit & ride if your ever in this area.

Hi Ronald,
I know that Corfe Castle is a beautiful place for photography or usually anyway, its a shame the scaffolding was all around it but this has not taken away the beauty of your picture. Looks like you caught the typical English weather on your visit, but you still got a good shot.

HI Ron
That is an interesting shot, without it I would never have known how they went about to restore a castle.
Its a good shotLooks like you and I are on the same wavelength castle wise.

Hi Ron:
The first thing I thought was ...wow almost surreal , but on closer inspection it is scaffolding with a wind shield..... I kinda like the contrasts here of the colour and structures > I like the deep DOF here which brings the ruins right to the foreground.... nicely done .... thanks Ron .....Roman:0)
